These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Week website and your purchase of our products and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We deliver fresh chef-made meals to your door on a subscription basis. All Week operates only within the United Kingdom.
2. Our Service
We sell fresh meals prepared by professional chefs, delivered on a subscription-only basis. To use our service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Reside in the UK
Create an account on our website
3. Subscription & Orders
All Week operates on a rolling weekly subscription. By creating an account, you authorise recurring weekly charges unless your subscription is paused or cancelled before the order cutoff.
Order Cutoff Times:
For Wednesday delivery: Cutoff is Sunday at 6pm
For Saturday delivery: Cutoff is Wednesday at 6pm
After the cutoff, we begin sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing your meals — at which point your order becomes final and non-refundable.
4. Payments
We accept payments via major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. You will be charged automatically after each cutoff time unless your subscription is paused or cancelled.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the UK using:
DPD for addresses outside of London
Inrout for addresses within London
While we aim to deliver on your chosen day, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the order cutoff.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the cutoff, as we order fresh ingredients and incur preparation costs at that time.
If there’s an issue with your delivery or meals, contact us at hello@allweek.co.uk and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
7. Account Responsibility
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring your delivery details are up to date. All orders placed under your account are considered authorised by you.
8. Food Allergies & Dietary Info
We clearly label ingredients and allergens on all product pages and packaging, but we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information before consuming our meals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our liability to you is limited to the total cost of your affected order.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or service.
10. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third parties to process payments, deliver meals, and support marketing and analytics. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by these providers but will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
11. Intellectual Property
All Week’s branding, recipes, and website content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on our website. Continued use of our service means you accept the latest version.
